Simplifying Solids

Working with families using an evidence based and no-pressure approach to make introducing solids feel manageable- and to help foster confident and adventurous eating habits for life.

Therapy may address, but is not limited to:

• Transitioning to solids and age appropriate textures 

• Safe and confident self-feeding skills 

• Difficulty with cup drinking and straw use

• Limited food variety

• Sensory sensitives related to taste, texture, or temperature 

• Parent coaching and home strategies for successful mealtimes
